Drill Rig Accident Causes Environmental Concerns

The recent drill rig accident in Bradford County Pennsylvania causing fracking materials to leak into the Towanda river continues to make the news. Recently the Governor of Maryland announced that he is considering filing a lawsuit against the responsible gas company for polluting the Chesapeake Bay. DLP is following this issue for its clients.
