New Law Assists Dept. of Public Welfare in Collection of Past-due Child Support From Awards and Settlements

Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Legislation Awaits Governor’s Signature

On October 23, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed an omnibus workers’ compensation bill that was previously approved by the state Senate on Oct. 18.
