As a partner at DLP, Brian’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury cases including automobile and tractor trailer accidents, product liability cases and insurance disputes.  Brian has litigated cases throughout the state and has represented clients in both state and federal courts.

In 2007 Brian obtained board certification from the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an organization that certifies attorneys based upon various criteria including experience in the courtroom.  The National Board of Trial Advocacy is accredited by the American Bar Association and approved by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for certification of trial qualifications.  Brian has also served on several board of directors including the Young Lawyers Division of the Lackawanna Bar Association and the Northeastern Trial Lawyers Association.  He also volunteered to represent the estate of a deceased 9/11 victim, helping the estate recover a multi-million dollar award.

When not practicing law, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and son.  He is also active in the community volunteering as a basketball and baseball coach, serving meals for the Friends of the Poor while participating in several other local charities.

If you are injured, Brian would be proud to represent you and your family.
