Washington County Studies Mixed Bag—dlp Fights In Wellsboro, Towanda, Montrose And Tunkhannock Regions For Gas Drilling Accident Victms

Posted by Joe Price & filed under DLP Law, Gas Drilling Injuries.

The environmental impact study on fracking consequences in Washington County is ongoing.  Over the weekend some preliminary results were released.  The small sample size showed more concerns with air quality versus water quality of residents nears fracking well sites.  The air quality concerns were more prevalent near compressor sites than well sites.  Somewhat of a surprise.  The air quality concerns are offset by air quality improvement which has resulted from the switching of several electric power plants from coal to natural gas.  The studies are ongoing.

DLP represents the seriously injured in the Marcellus Natural Gas Drilling regions of Pennsylvania.
