Tis The Season To Run Outdoors!

Spring has sprung!  With the warmer temperatures, blooming tulips & overall good feeling, Spring also brings outdoor runners & bicyclists. Two of the first things you see once the weather breaks are outdoor runners & bicyclists. Unfortunately, drivers don’t always see them. If you are running outside along the shooulder of a public roadway or bicycling with traffic, please do so very carefully.  Always run against traffic & cycle with traffic.  Don’t forget to wear bright reflective clothing.  Although you should avoid running or cycling before sunrise or after sunset.  However, if you do so, remember to carry a light or wear a lighted running vest. These simple, common-sense saftey measures could save your life.

If you take all of the safety precautions but are struck by a negligent driver, call us at 570-(C-A-L-L-D-L-P).
