Spring And Motorcycles Have Sprung!

Now that the weather has turned the corner, motorcycle season has begun. When driving your cars, please be aware of the motorcycles out there and always share the road. Remember, motorcycles have the same rights to the road as every other car and truck. For all of you who own a motorcycle, make sure you have adequate insurance. Remember, your car insurance does NOT cover you when you are on your bike! Even if the motorcycle policy is from the same company. Many times, a motorcycle owner will have a good auto policy but get the least expensive motorcycle policy.

Just like with your car, when insuring your motorcycle, always get Full Tort and always get 1st party medical and wage loss benefits under your motorcycle policy. Also, make sure you have Liability limits, Uninsured Motorist Benefit limits & Underinsured Motorist Benefit limits of at least $100,000 and always select Stacking. Tell your insurance agent you want these limits of insurance or greater.

Have a fun & safe spring & summer motorcycle riding season. However, if you are injured while on your bike, call us at 570-CALL-DLP!
