The price of natural gas and its availability has significant effects on the Coal industry in the United States.  Record low natural gas prices led to a decrease in coal usage.  Now that price have increased the Wall Street Journal toady reports on the interplay between natural gas and coal usage.  Very interesting article on a very import topic.
