Gas Drilling Rig Accident Lawyers–dlp–dep Audit/new Pipeline In News

Posted by Joe Price & filed under DLP Law, Gas Drilling Injuries.

Pennsylvania has a new Auditor General—Eugene DePasquale.   Mr. DePasquale, a Democrat, ran for office on a pledge to review actions take or not taken by the DEP with respect to natural gas drilling in the Marcellus Shale Region.   One day after being sworn in to office, Mr. DePasquale has launched a performance audit of the Republican run DEP.   Results will be unknown for some time.  Should be interesting.

Elsewhere, the new route for a 22 mile pipeline through Susquehanna County was announced.  The new plan reduces the environmental footprint of the new transport line.  The pipeline is expected to receive approval from required officials.

The Gas Drilling/Gas Truck Accident Team of lawyers at DLP continues to fight for injured workers and clients in the Marcellus Shale natural gas drilling rig region.  DLP is handling serious cases in Federal and State Courts.   DLP has handled and settled claims in just about every county including,  Bradford,  Tioga,  Susquehanna,  Potter,  Lycoming,  Clinton,  Wayne,  Sullivan,  Carbon,  Wyoming and many more rural areas.   DLP has collected millions of dollars for numerous clients over the past  35 years.
