Dlp Representing Gas Drilling Injury Victims As Pipeline Construction Moves Forward

Posted by Joe Price & filed under DLP Law, Gas Drilling Injuries.

Workers and innocent victims continue to suffer serious injuries at NATURAL GAS DRILLING RIGS,  PIPELINE SITES and when involved in accidents with GAS COMPANY TRUCKS AND CARS.    Gas drilling in Bradford, Tioga, Susquehanna and Lycoming counties has slowed due to the low price of natural gas.  However, gathering pipeline construction continues at full steam.  Clearly, pipeline companies expect natural gas drilling and production to increase in the near future.  In today’s news a zoning hearing was conducted in West wyoming, Pa. to discuss construction of a pipeline compressor station in the community.   UGI is seeking a special exception to build the compressor.  The meeting drew a full house with citizens voicing safety, environmental and property value concerns.  a decision was not reached by boro officials.
