Dlp Gas Drilling Rig Accident Team Fights For Clients In Wellsboro, Montrose, Williamsport, Towanda, Dushore And Tunkhannock Regions—dep Chief Steps Down

Posted by Joe Price & filed under DLP Law, Gas Drilling Injuries.

DEP Secretary Mike Krancer has announced that he will step down from his post and return to the private practice of law.  Secretary Krancer has served under Governor Corbett for the past several years.  He is viewed as a “pro gas industry” Secretary by environmental and anti-gas drilling groups.  Natural gas industry supporters view Secretary Krancer as an even handed official who attempted to fairly balance industry and environmental issues.  No replacement has been chosen at this time.

The  GAS DRILLING RIG TRIAL TEAM at DLP continues to follow and post issues related to the marcellus Shale and natural Gas Drilling Industry.  DLP has handled gas drilling accident and gas truck accident cases.  DLP recently resolved a gas truck accident case for $14 million.  A gas drilling rig accident case where a worker was injured settled for $400,000.   DLP is handling cases throughout the Marcellus Shale Region including the Wellsboro, Troy, Williamsport, Coudersport, Towanda Dushore,  Montrose and Tunkhannock areas.
