Dlp Fights For Injured Gas Drilling Rig Workers And Victims In Northeast And Central Pennsylvania—gas Pipelines Due Review After Construction

Posted by Joe Price & filed under DLP Law, Gas Drilling Injuries.

Two interstate natural gas transmission pipelines were recently completed in Northeast Pennsylvania.  The projects were built without muck controversy.   Now, the Delaware River Basin Authority has announced a post construction review to determine if the pipeline companies did enough to reclaim disturbed areas in the Delaware National Park area.  The request for review was made by numerous environmental groups.  The review will begin immediately and results should be known in the near future.

The 13 Trial Lawyers at DLP are handling complex and tragic accident cases.  The Natural Gas Drilling Trial Team is representing clients in Tioga, Bradford, Susquehanna, Wyoming and other counties.
