Can Natural Gas Produced Electricity Economically Replace Coal?—dlp Fights For Injured Gas Drillers And Truck Victims In Tioga, Bradford And Susquehanna Counties

Posted by Joe Price & filed under DLP Law, Gas Drilling Injuries.

More and more electric generating power plants are switching from traditional coal fired to “abundant” natural gas.  The switch has been the result of natural gas drilling and fracking in the Marcellus Shale Region and elsewhere.  The Pittsburgh Post Gazette has explored the issue in an interesting article found on it web site.  The author looks at New England last winter and a hugh spike in natural gas prices caused by cold temperatures and natural gas usage for heating and electrical power.  The article is worth the read in delving into the complex market place of natural gas, especially in the Northeast.

The Trial Team at Dougherty Leventhal Price LLP is fighting everyday for injured and killed clients involved in serious accidents.  DLP is representing natural gas drillers, gas pipeline workers, gas truck accident victims and others throughout the Marcellus Shale Region including Tioga, Bradford, Susquehanna, Wyoming, Sullivan, Potter, Lycoming, Wayne and other counties.  Remember:  Injury??  Call DLP!!
