Cabot Gas Caps Well Accused Of Methane Pollution—-gas Drilling Rig, Gas Truck Accident?? Call Dlp!! Lawyers Who Fight!!

Posted by Joe Price & filed under DLP Law, Gas Drilling Injuries.

Reports today note that Cabot Oil and Gas has decided to cap a well in Susquehanna County which became the center of a DEP investigation over well water polluted by methane.  The allegations were made by two property owners in proximity to the well.  Cabot never admitted the allegations and DEP never issued a report with positive findings.  Cabot in a press release states that the well was capped due to it being nonproductive.   Issues with water pollution continue to be discussed in the fracking debate.  Many believe that early well water pollution cases in Susquehanna County and elsewhere had significant relationships to fracking bans in Wayne county and the Delaware River Basin.

The 13 trial lawyers at DLP are fighting daily for clients injured or killed at natural gas drilling locations.  DLP is representing clients from Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, West Virginia and throughout the country working in Pennsylvania at drilling rigs and pipeline construction projects.  DLP has collected millions of dollars for seriously injured and killed clients over the past 35 years.  Remember–INJURY???   CALL DLP!!
