If you do an Internet search these days for a Spanish speaking lawyer, you find others who say that they speak Spanish or have services in Spanish. Here are a few questions to ask. Ask if you can talk directly to the lawyer in Spanish. Will the lawyer talk to you or is someone translating for he or she? Ask if the lawyer has 17 years experience in the courtroom. Ask if the lawyer is Board Certified in Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Ask if the lawyer is Board Certified in Pre-Trial Advocacy by the National Board of of Trial Advocacy. Ask if the lawyer is recognized as a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine since 2010. Ask if the lawyer actually lived in a Latin Country for 2 years. Ask if the lawyer has handled multiple multi-million dollar cases. Ask if the lawyer is active on Pennsylvania’s Board of Governors. If you ask me those questions, the answer will be yes to all of them. Attorney Brian Price email@example.com.
