Bad Faith Complaint As A Sword

Posted by Brian Price & filed under Auto Accidents, Serious Injury.

The underinsured carrier for my client would not honor a settlement that we had entered into.  I had no other option but to file a Bad Faith Complaint against her insurance company.  Bad Faith allows you to allege that the insurance carrier has not reasonable evaluated a claim.  A lawyer in Philly got involved and thankfully we were able to quickly resolve the claim.  Some times you have to use Bad Faith as a sword.  Brian G.
